LAND* SRFI: s/LAND*/and-let*/ig

Hello!

	Jim Blandy has made an excellent argument for renaming of LAND*
into and-let* . The new name better reflects what this special form does,
and follows conventions. If I may ask, could you please apply the RE in
the subject to http://srfi.schemers.org/srfi-2/ (sans the discussion archive).
