This page is part of the web mail archives of SRFI 110 from before July 7th, 2015. The new archives for SRFI 110 contain all messages, not just those from before July 7th, 2015.

Indeed.  At least Racket, Gauche, MIT, Gambit, Chicken, Bigloo,
Scheme48/scsh, Guile 2.0, Chibi, Chez, Ikarus/Vicare, Larceny,
Ypsilon, Mosh, IronScheme support them.

Go for it.  The Schemes that don't support syntax-rules probably aren't
going to support readable expressions either.
